The Partnership Specialist supports the development of a partnership engagement framework that optimizes program pairings, with a focus on expanding the reach and impact of a USDA grant funded nutrition education program. This position supports program operations and contributes to the team’s ability to identify, recruit, and engage key partners utilizing data. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and skilled in analyzing data and using data to inform strategic priorities to help change people’s lives for the better.
Implement the standards for strategically identifying, recruiting, and engaging partners that increases access to effective program pairings
Assist with collecting and sharing partner insights through program recruitment, planning and delivery
Support the team to understand and meet program partnership goals that expand program reach and impact
Work with managers as a thought partner to continually develop and refine partnership engagement processes, with the goal of improving program operational efficiencies and programmatic impact.
Work cross-functionally, lead and support projects to enhance the understanding and execution of the partnership engagement framework.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual partnerships reports.
Support the planning and facilitation training on partnership tools and processes, and/or other areas identified as appropriate.
Other duties as assigned
Bachelor's degree in public health, public administration or evaluation field, or equivalent combination of education and experience working in cross functional roles
1 to 3 years of experience in business development, marketing, program coordination, partnership development, or community engagement

Proactive and self-motivated, capable of establishing and managing needed workflows with minimal guidance, and able to work on cross departmental, cross functional teams
Ability to manage and prioritize workload, in a team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability and willingness to take part in events outside the workday schedule (e.g., fundraising events, donor visits, evenings, and weekends)
Demonstrated ability to utilize data for reporting and storytelling
Technical aptitude (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is essential for success.
