The Development Coordinator supports fundraising and stewardship initiatives on the Western Slope in collaboration with the Western Slope based Development Team. Support includes, but not limited to working within Raisers Edge and Luminate Online databases to update donor records, research, support fundraising strategies for monthly and annual fund donors, processing donations and reconciliation. Additional duties include offering database support and volunteer relationship building activities.
• Work with the Development Systems Team to update and maintain donor records as needed to ensure accuracy and integrity
• Pull reports and queries on gifts needing stewardship for Moves Management
• Review revenue and donation reports in our Luminate Online and Raiser’s Edge databases
• Conduct donor research for the Senior Development Manager and Western Slope Director
• Responsible for overseeing printing and mailing process of donor acknowledgment letters
• Assist with donor correspondence and document all relevant information in Raiser’s Edge
• Assist in engagement and stewardship of annual fund donors in collaboration with the Community Relations Coordinator and Community Engagement Coordinator
• Assist with the annual statement process in collaboration with the Development Team
• In collaboration with the Senior Development Manager, assist in the execution of the overall donor stewardship strategy and engagement initiatives for Western Slope donors (including but not limited to cultivation opportunities, preparing reports and proposals for fundraisers on the team and research).
• Support event logistics and other community engagement functions
• Handle confidential information with discretion and care, ensuring the privacy and respect of employees, volunteers, partners, donors, or others

Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; or equivalent work-related experience.
• Minimum 1-2 years of related experience
• Extensive experience using Microsoft Office Suite and online technologies
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience working in non-profits preferred
• Knowledge in working in Raisers Edge, NXT or other CRM programs
• Previous experience in fundraising and/or donor relations management

Expected Hours of Work:
This is a part-time, in-person, non-exempt role working approximately 20 hours per week. Work schedules may vary each week and consist of weekdays, evenings, and Saturdays.
