Diana Johnson is a writer, recipe developer, food photographer, cooking instructor and publisher of DianasaurDishes.com. She is active in the world of food access and works on nutrition and food access initiatives for the Mayor of her city (Auburn, WA). In 2010, Diana created the Healthy Cooking on a Tight Budget program, a collaboration between city government, food banks, non-profits and local farms to offer free cooking classes to low income families. She speaks several times a year on hunger, nutrition and how one person can make a difference.
