Feeding America provides medical and dental coverage to all full-time and part-time employees who work a minimum of 30 hours a week (on a consistent basis) and their dependents effective upon hire date.
Life Insurance
Feeding America provides, at no cost, life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance equal to two times your annual salary plus credits.
Domestic Partner Insurance Reimbursement
Feeding America offers domestic partner benefits through a separate insurance policy .
Employer Paid Short Term Disability
At no cost to the employee, short-term disability coverage which dependent upon your length of service and degree of disability, will replace full or partial income pay for up to 13 weeks.
Employer Paid Long Term Disability
Long-term disability coverage provided at no cost to eligible employees. The benefit pays 60% of base salary should an employee become totally disabled for more than 13 weeks.

Spending accounts will offer you a way to reimburse yourself for certain health care, dependent care, transportation or parking expenses with tax-free money from your paycheck. The result is that you save money.
401(k)
Feeding America will contribute 6% of your annual salary. If you elect to contribute a minimum of 5% of your salary to the 401(k) plan, Feeding America will contribute an additional 2% of your salary.
