Position Description

Research Intern needed in the Social Policy Research and Analysis department for the fall quarter (October-December), for approximately 10-15 hours per week. 

Job Responsibilities

• Performing data entry and analysis tasks on a variety of hunger and food assistance related projects, using Microsoft Excel and SPSS
• Contacting state agencies to collect data on food assistance programs
• Assisting with drafting, editing and proofreading reports

Application Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral student.
• Public policy or social sciences background ideal.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, some familiarity with SPSS highly desirable. 
• Good interpersonal and written communication skills.
